What is the Secondhand Smoke Program?

“Care For Their Air” Program

A free educational session to help families protect their children from secondhand smoke exposure and link family members who smoke to stop smoking services.

Who is eligible for these programs?

Pregnant women and families with young children and who are Cecil County residents interested in quitting smoking or learning about secondhand smoke. Participants must be 18 years or older.

How do I apply for services?

Cecil County residents can call the Cecil County Health Department to obtain self-help materials and information about the next scheduled program. Community organizations and local businesses interested in requesting information about adopting tobacco-free policy and/or hosting a program are encouraged to contact the Cecil County Health Department for more information.
