We at CCHD are honored to be led with the passion, commitment, and dedication of Ms. Levy, who works tirelessly to protect Cecil County residents’ health.

In addition to responding to the pandemic, CCHD continues to provide our regular public health services, which are available to everyone in the community.

Ms. Levy and the 23 other health officers are leading the charge to protect the public health of our community. The covid-19 pandemic has strained our health care delivery systems including our health departments, but with the leadership of our health officers we will continue to serve our community with the highest level of services.
