Vaccination Update

The Cecil County Health Department is currently scheduling appointments for individuals ages 12 and older who are uninsured or have Medicare or Medicaid for either an updated 2023-2024 Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.

The Health Department also has a free updated 2023-2024 Moderna vaccine available for children ages six months to 18 years of age, regardless of their type of health insurance.

Adults with private insurance should schedule an appointment with a local pharmacy or other local provider to receive the updated COVID-19 vaccine.

Adults with HMO insurance should schedule an appointment with an in-network provider to receive the updated COVID-19 vaccine.

Appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon and then from 1 to 4 p.m.
