Stepping On is a FREE program which focuses on issues that contribute to falls. Topics include medication management, vision problems, strength and balance exercises, safe clothing and footwear, and home safety concerns. It is a 7-week class that meets for 2 hours each week.
Tai Chi-Moving for Better Balance is a FREE exercise class that meets for 1 hour twice a week for 12 weeks. It has been proven to help improve balance skills and can help you.
