Cecil County Health Department will be closed Thursday, Nov. 25 in observance of Thanksgiving and on Friday, Nov. 26 in observance of Native American Heritage Day. CCHD will resume services on Monday, Nov. 29. We at CCHD wish the residents of Cecil County a joyous holiday.
