Cecil County, Maryland – The Cecil County Cancer Task Force will hold a meeting on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, from 11 a.m. to noon. The meeting will occur virtually on meet.google.com/var-fuwa-skh, and all members of the public are invited to attend.

The Cancer Task Force collaborates with the Cecil County Community Health Advisory Committee to raise awareness of cancer-related issues, increase the rate of screenings for common cancers, and provide resources for people affected by the disease. The Task Force is committed to reducing the incidence and impact of cancer in the Cecil County community.

The virtual meeting will provide an opportunity for members of the public to learn more about the work of the Cancer Task Force and share their own experiences and insights regarding cancer-related issues. The meeting will also feature updates from Task Force members regarding ongoing initiatives, programs, and events.
