We are excited to announce our partnership with West Cecil Health Center (WCHC) to expand access to care in Cecil County. Beginning June 30, 2025, WCHC will be onsite at the Health Department offering Primary Care (all ages) Women’s Health, and Behavioral Health services.

The schedule for services is as follows: 

• Primary Care and Women’s Health: Mondays (9 AM – 4 PM) and Fridays (9 AM – 2 PM) 
• Behavioral Health: Tuesday and Thursdays (8 AM – 5 PM) 

WCHC’s Elkton location will initially serve patients with Medicare, Maryland Medicaid, and those without insurance, and is expected to expand to include Medicare Advantage and select commercial insurance options in the future. To schedule an appointment, call 410-378-9696.
