Annotated Code of Maryland

The Annotated Code of Maryland compiles all of the statutory laws of Maryland. The two articles that are most relevant to public health practice are Health- General and Environment.

Code of Maryland Regulations

All Maryland regulations are compiled into the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR).

  • COMAR Title 10 contains the regulations pertaining to the Maryland Department of Health.
  • COMAR Title 26 contains the regulations pertaining to the Department of the Environment
