- Tobacco Cessation - Breaking the Habit in Behavioral Health (BH2) is a free tobacco cessation program designed to help Cecil County residents quit tobacco use and make lifetime behavioral changes.
- Clinic Services - Services are available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m in the first-floor clinic at the John M. Byers Health Center, 401 Bow St., Elkton.
- Immunizations - Immunizations are provided via walk-in service Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Appointments are encouraged to reduce wait times.
- STI Testing, Treatment, & Prevention - The Health Department provides STD testing, treatment, and counseling by a nurse practitioner.
- Developmental Disabilities - The Community Services Coordination Program provides services for eligible Cecil County adults and children with developmental disabilities.
