Cecil County Health Department will be hosting drive-thru rapid testing on Friday, Dec.3, Monday, Dec. 6, and Friday Dec. 10 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Testing will take place in the Cecil College parking lot, 107 Railroad Avenue Elkton, MD 21921.
