Please take some time to complete Cecil County’s Community Health Needs Assessment for 2022. The purpose of this survey is to help us to better understand and address the health needs of Cecil County residents.

Residents can also participate in virtual focus group sessions for the 2022 CHNA. The purpose of these sessions is to help CCHD better understand and address the health needs of Cecil County residents. This survey was developed by the Cecil County Health Department in partnership with ChristianaCare and the Cecil County Community Health Advisory Committee (CHAC). The survey is for adults ages 18 and older who live in Cecil County. Responses are anonymous and confidential and the survey should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete.
