Important Cecil County Submission Requirements:

• All Cecil County Hub applications must be submitted by email to Nicole Ramey, Cecil County Health Department, at nicole.ramey2@maryland.gov.
• Applications are due no later than 3:00 PM on January 19, 2026.
• Applications received after this deadline will not be included in the Cecil County Health Department’s Coordinated Community Supports Partnership submission.
• Only applications that meet all submission requirements and are approved through the review process will be included in the Health Department’s final proposal.

Review Process:

• Selected applicants should be prepared to deliver a 5–10 minute project presentation, if requested.
• In-person presentations will be scheduled during the week of January 26th and/or February 2, 2026.
