The first meeting of the steering committee is scheduled for July 23rd from 2:30-4:00 PM at the Cecil County Health Department (CCHD). 

The Task Force is made up of healthcare providers, government agencies, community organizations, community members, public health experts, and other key stakeholders. Its goals are to monitor the current and evolving situation and needs, coordinate and connect women to care – ensuring no one falls through the cracks, assist with navigating insurance and transportation needs, and explore approaches for long-term comprehensive services and support. In addition to the steering committee, the Task Force will have multiple action teams. All interested individuals will have an opportunity to be involved in the action teams.
