Effective May 1, 2025, Maryland residents will no longer have access to the immunization consumer access portal, MyIR. The Maryland Department of Health will be sending email notices to all registered users. Cecil County residents can complete a records request online, contact their healthcare provider or call the health department at (410) 996-5100 to request immunization records.
