Cecil County Health Department has at-home PCR tests available for pick up at the health department during regular business hours. These are PCR tests and have to mailed to a lab. Results will take 48-72 hours. Instructions for the tests can be found here.

The Federal government is also offering four free at-⁠home COVID-⁠19 tests for every home in the U.S. Orders will usually ship in 7-12 days. Order your tests here so you have them when you need them.
